Psychological support

Psychological and Counselling Services Centre (CPP)

Psychological and Counselling Services Centre is a central administration unit dedicated to providing free psychological support and undertaking mental health prevention activities for students, doctoral students and staff of the University of Warsaw. It guarantees support for LGBT+ people.

Visits to the Centre can vary: they range from a single consultation, a series of intervention-oriented meetings, individual short-term psychotherapy, and time-limited group psychotherapy to the opportunity to participate in workshops and psychoeducational work.

Therapists working at the Centre are obliged to maintain confidentiality at every stage and provide assistance under the provisions of the Ethical-Professional Code of a Psychologist and psychotherapist.

Consultations for students take place in person at the office of the Psychological and Counselling Services Centre at the Psychological Consulting Desk (PZK UW), which is a reception point for the Centre. Doctoral students and employees of the UW who want to receive support from the Psychological and Counselling Services Centre can make an appointment by email: cpp@adm.uw.edu.pl
