How to contact the Academic Ombuds?

Any member of the University of Warsaw academic community can contact the Academic Ombuds for support: students, doctoral candidates, researchers or administrators.

 

How to contact?

 

1. Anyone interested in receiving support from the Ombuds should submit a report via email to ombudsman@uw.edu.pl.

 

2. The report should describe the issue and specify the scope of support sought.

 

3. After receiving a report, the Ombuds invites the reporting person to a meeting – in the office or online – to discuss the details of the matter.

 

4. The Ombudsman will only take action on the matter after receiving written authorization from the reporting person (the application form is available on the ombuds.uw.edu.pl website).

 

5. After receiving the authorization, the Ombuds will take agreed-upon steps to clarify the situation or support the parties in finding a solution.
